Equipment Configuration Highlights
This project applied a 75mm PP strap extrusion line capable of producing up to 2.4 tons per day to match the customer's PP strap production plan. This line includes an inline strap printing machine so customer logos can be printed directly on the strap during production. It also pairs the PP strap extrusion line with a PP strap semi-automatic winder with exchangeable bobbin holders, allowing the line to support a wider range of bobbin specifications.
